HOLIDAY FIRST DIBS Book your holiday session early and capture beautiful memories with your loved ones in this elegant Christmas setting. HOLIDAY FIRST DIBS SPECIAL — $175 Regular Price: $225 AVAILABLE DATES October - December YOUR SESSION INCLUDES: • 30-minute photography session • One holiday setup • Five professionally edited images • Up to 5 people • All Unedits ADDITIONAL PEOPLE: Additional guests are $30 per person. BOOKING AND PAYMENT: A $125 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. The retainer is applied toward your $250 session total. The remaining $125 balance is due on the day of your session. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. TURNAROUND TIME: Your gallery will be delivered by email within 3–5 business days following your session. LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time and ready to begin. A $30 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes if you would still like to continue with the session. Late arrivals will not extend the scheduled ending time. Your session must end at the original appointment time to avoid delaying the next client. OVERTIME: 25 is the maximum session time. Additional shooting time is not guaranteed and must be approved by the photographer. If additional time is available and approved, a $30 overtime fee will be added to your remaining balance. RUSH EDITING: Same-day gallery delivery may be requested for an additional $100, subject to availability. CANCELLATIONS: All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, you will be responsible for paying the remaining session balance. RESCHEDULING: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will require a new online booking a new session. If you fail to provide proper notice, you will remain responsible for the outstanding balance from your original appointment. SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS: Same-day bookings or requests for an appointment outside the posted availability require a $75 squeeze-in fee and are subject to availability.
